A Guide Through Your Journey

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am committed to helping individuals learn to cope with many daily and life stressors. I believe everyone has a path in life, sometimes we all need some guidance, and that is what I am here for. I graduated from Purdue University in 2013 with a BS in Human Services. I began working in child welfare, and continued to do so until I completed my Master's of Social Work (MSW). I graduated from Indiana School of Social Work in 2019 and have been working as a therapist since then. I am passionate about helping older adolescents, college students, and adults. I have been facilitating online group therapy since the beginning of 2020, and have found it to be very successful. Connections is an online group with a goal to foster connections with those who are struggling with similar issues such as depression, anxiety, boundaries, motivation, self-esteem, guilt & shame, anger management, grief & loss, thinking errors, codependency, and much, much more! The group meets once per week to gain support from peers through group discussion. The group is educational and interactive focusing on a different topic each week to gain skills and better regulate emotions. Space is limited, contact me today to reserve your spot.

Testimonials

“I have seen a lot of therapists. It doesn't come to people naturally to be a therapist. You are really doing your homework. You are taking notes and creating exercise and I haven't had that before. I really appreciate what you are doing. ”

Existing Patient

“Thank you so much for your kindness and the subject matter being on point all of the time. Keep doing what you are doing, you are helping a lot of people.”

Successful Patient

“I really appreciate you. You are really good at what you do because you take the time to listen. There aren't many therapists who really care about what they do”
